Your private account

We use your verified email to provide sign-in and connect your reports to your account. Your recordings and reports are private unless you separately authorize public sharing.

Report and video retention

After trial or paid access ends, existing reports and their associated clips remain available for three calendar months. After this period, they are deleted unless access has been renewed. Published Square videos are retained independently until you withdraw them or they are removed by moderation.

Public sharing

Only the selected video, title and chosen display name are published to the Square. Your private report and email are not published. Hiding your name does not hide faces in your recording. You can withdraw your video through your account.

Cookies and email

Sign-in cookies are essential. Optional analytics and advertising tags are enabled only after you accept them. Change your choice using Cookie preferences. Return invitations are optional and include an unsubscribe link.
